The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has issued a notification regarding the recruitment of a Head Constable position.

Qualification

• Candidates are required to possess a 12th Class qualification.

Age Limit (as on 01-08-2023)

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 23 years
• Candidates should have been born between 02/08/2000 and 01/08/2005.
• Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Physical Standards

Height:

• Male (General, SC, and OBC): 167 cm
• Female (UR, SC, EWS, and OBC, excluding those mentioned in para No.6.4.1): 153 cm

Chest:

• Male (UR, SC, EWS, and OBC, excluding those mentioned in para No.6.4.1): 81-86 cm (Minimum expansion of 5 cm)
• No minimum chest measurement requirement for female candidates

Medical Standards

• Near Vision (Unaided): Better eye – N6, Worse eye – N9
• Distant Vision (Uncorrected): Better eye – 6/6, Worse eye – 6/9
• No visual correction allowed, including glasses (Refraction)
• Colour Vision: CP II by ISIHARA
• Better eye determination based on right-handedness
• Binocular vision required
