|The war took place between Kingdom of Mysore and British East India Company. Hyder Ali defeated the English and took possession of Arcot and became the undisputed master of the Carnatic.

|Fought between the English and Tipu Sultan. Tipu Sultan had to sign the Treaty of Seringapattam consequently, half of his kingdom was stripped off
|Fourth Anglo – Mysore War, 1799 A.D.
|The British forces under Arthur Wellesley defeated Tipu Sultan. Seringapatam was taken by storm and Tipu Sultan was killed.

|Afghan War, 1839- 1919 A.D
|Treaty of Rawalpindi was signed by which Afghanistan was recognized as an independent State.
|lndo-Pak War, 1965 A.D
|This was Pakistan’s second attack on India and was also known as Second Kashmir War. While India had the upper hand, the fighting was brought to a stop by a call for ceasefire issued by the Security Council. It ended in a United Nations mandated ceasefire and the subsequent issuance of the Tashkent Declaration.
