Eligibility Criteria

1. Assistant Secretary Gr-I

• Essential Qualification: A degree from a recognized university.
• Desirable: Postgraduate degree/diploma in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Social Work, Labour Welfare, or Law.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in executive roles in General Administration, Personnel, or Industrial Relations in an industrial, commercial, or government organization.

2. Assistant Traffic Manager Gr-I

• Essential Qualification: A degree from a recognized university.
• Desirable: At least 2 years of experience in shipping, cargo operations, or railway transportation in an industrial or government organization.

3. Assistant Personnel Officer Gr-I

• Essential Qualification: A degree from a recognized university.
• Desirable: Postgraduate degree/diploma in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Social Work, or Labour Welfare.
• Experience: 2 years in executive roles in General Administration, Personnel, or Industrial Relations in an industrial, commercial, or government organization.

4. Assistant Executive Engineer (Mechanical)

• Essential Qualification: A degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or institute.
• Desirable Experience: At least 2 years of executive experience in the Mechanical Engineering discipline in an industrial, commercial, or government undertaking.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 30 years as of the application closing date.
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC: 3 years
  • PwBD: 10 years (15 years for SC/ST PwBD, 13 years for OBC PwBD)

Selection Process

The selection process includes an online examination and possibly an interview.

Exam Pattern

• For Assistant Secretary Gr-I, Assistant Traffic Manager Gr-I, and Assistant Personnel Officer Gr-I:
  • Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, English Language
  • Total: 100 questions | Duration: 90 minutes
• For Assistant Executive Engineer (Mechanical):

  • Total: 110 questions | Duration: 120 minutes
