Qualification

Candidate should possess Degree. (Civil/ Mechanical Engineering)

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 21 Years as on 01-01-2023
• Maximum Age: 38 Years as on 01-01-2021
• i.e., he or she must be born not earlier than 02-01-1983 and not later than 01-01-2002.
• Age relaxation is applicable as per rules

The Candidates are Exempted for Payment of Examination fee as per rules.

Selection Procedure

• The Commission selects candidates based on GATE scores and interviews.
• Merit list: GATE scores (90%) and interviews (10%).
• Tiebreaker: Higher interview marks determine higher position in case of aggregate ties.
• Shortlisting for interviews: Twice the number of vacancies based on GATE scores.
• Exception: Candidates with tied scores at the cut-off are admitted for an interview, even if it exceeds two times the vacancies advertised.
