Educational Qualification

1. Senior Manager (Risk Management) – Graduate in any stream full time regular course with aggregate 60% marks
   AND
   Post Graduation full time regular course in Mathematics/Statistics/Economics or MBA in Finance/Banking/Risk Management or PG Diploma in Finance/Banking/Risk Management) or Engineering with aggregate 60% 
   Or
   Completed professional courses like CA/ICWA/CFA (USA)
2. Manager (IT) – Engineering Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics & Telecommunications/Electronics & Communication OR Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science/Computer Applications/Information Technology/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication.
3. Manager (Forex) – Graduate/Post Graduate preferably with Commerce/Mathematics/Economics background. Professional qualifications viz. CAIIB/CA/MBA/CFA/MCA etc. is desirable.
4. Manager (Debt/Equity) – Graduate/Post Graduate preferably with Commerce/Mathematics/Economics background. Professional qualifications viz. CAIIB/CA/MBA/CFA/MCA etc. is desirable
5. Manager (Law) – Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) and enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council.
6. Manager (FA) – Chartered Accountant – Passed Final Examination for Chartered Accountants.
7. Manager (Security)& Security Officer – Bachelor’s Degree from any University recognized. An Officer (with 5 years and 3 years respectively) Commissioned Service in Indian Army / Navy / Air Force
8. Fire Officer – Bachelor’s Degree from any University recognized by Govt. of India or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by Central Government AND Sub-Officer Course from National Fire Service College, Nagpur with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

An application fee of Rs. 500/- for General , OBC , PWD candidates while SC/ST candidates need to pay Rs. 50/-

Selection Procedure 

The selection will be made on the basis of performance in the Group Discussion (GD) and / or Personal Interview. Group Discussion will be of 50 Marks where as Personal Interview of 100 Marks.
