Pay Scale

The RSMSSB Animal Attendant position offers a salary range between Rs. 18,000 and Rs. 56,900, as per the 7th Pay Commission.

Qualification

• Educational Requirement: 12th Class pass.
• Ability to write effectively in the Devanagari script for Hindi.
• Familiarity with the fundamental aspects of Rajasthan’s cultural heritage.

• Minimum Age Limit: 18 Years
• Maximum Age Limit: 40 Years
• Age Relaxation is Applicable as per rules.

Exam Syllabus

Part – A: Objective-type questions on secondary-level general knowledge including daily science, mathematics, social studies, geography, history, culture, art, current affairs, etc. with specific reference to the state of Rajasthan.

Part – B: General knowledge of animal husbandry, covering indigenous breeds, artificial insemination, castration, hybrid breeding, milk exploitation, lactation period, clean milk production, animal and poultry management, organic waste disposal, balanced animal diet, fodder crops, pasture development, identification of healthy and sick animals, parasitic diseases, vaccination, livestock propagation, health calendar of sheep and goats, wool, meat, milk, and egg production, availability per person, productivity, wool shearing, draft animals, vermicompost use, leather and bone utilization, age determination, environmental impact, animal insurance, purchase precautions, animal fairs, census, cowshed management, cleanliness, waste disposal, livestock product marketing, dairy development activities, and major animal husbandry schemes, in the form of objective-type questions.
