  • Suggest me a guide book that includes every items according to NICL AO exam syllabus and one book of previous years solved papers.

    • Hi Arijit,

As such there is not prescribed syllabus for the speciality part. Just focus on your basics and you will sail through. Consider basing your preparation around previous year papers. Please share your experience with us!

      UPDATE:
The syllabus for NICL AO Legal Officer would be quite similar to what you would normally study in LLB. The important topics will include Constitutional Law, Evidence, Law of Contract, Specific Relief, Prop Laws, Spl Contract N.I Act, Jurisprudence, Professional Ethics & Cases of Professional misconduct under B.C.I rules+ Arbitration Act, Limitation Act, Company Law, Labour and Industrial Law, Administration Law, Law of Tort, including Motor Vehicle Accidents and Consumer Protection Law.

This is infact same as what is asked in the IBPS Law Officer Exam, so if you want to buy a book, for this portion, we would suggest you choose the following publication from Arihant, it also covers other practice material.

IBPS-CWE Specialist Officer Cadre Law Officer Scale I Online Exam 2015 - Buy on Flipkart or Buy on Amazon.

At the time of writing this post, Amazon has a better deal.

    • Normally, you are simply required to brush up the basic concepts of what you had studied during your graduation/post graduation degree. Please consider this comment as only a guideline for NICL AO Finance Syllabus.

For NICL AO finance specialist paper, you should at least cover the following important topics - Fundamentals of Financial Systems, Market Economics, Basic Concepts of Economics, Monetary Systems, Fundamentals of Financial Accounting, Infrastructure, Nature and Key Components of the Indian Economy. In addition to this, remember to go through what you have learned in ICWA/PGDBA FINANCE.

  • hey sir pls help me

I have given some exams like sbi, insurance ....
but im feeling little bit weak...
my QA is not strong, but im very good in rest..
    im getting frustrated now....too much..
so kindly tell me what should I do????????

    how should I do?????

    • Hi Rohit,

Hundreds and thousands of ordinary people clear exams every year, there is no rocket science in it. Also if you think about it, I am 100% confident that you can find people who are much less talented than you, and have still cleared these exams. The important thing to realise is that all you can do is work hard to get what you want.

Sometimes luck can play as a deciding factor in reaching or missing your goals. So don't lose hope. If you can, take some coaching for QA, don't think about the cost. Going for a movie is a cost, but spending money on education is an investment! Also, buy a few good books from what we have suggested, and use them. There is no reason why you cannot succeed! Best of luck.

  • thanx..

because I want to make my QA very very strong.....
